Hello dear Lucid Dreamers. |
|
Hi and welcome to DV! You know that WILD'ing isn't optimal when you haven't slept anything at all? This is because, what you're trying to do basicly is to enter a dream, and be conscious. We only dream when we're in REM (although sometimes outside of it) and that's the stage you want to enter when WILD'ing. When you do it when you go sleep you'll most likely fall asleep from exhaustion, or if you do succeed in WILD'ing, you won't be in REM and the dream quality will be very bad. |

Well, even though things happen you expect to happen, sometimes just being afraid of them happening isn't enough. What you need to do is try to not think like that, and if something scary comes along you can just change the scenery, defeat it or close your eyes and wake up. |

Well... thanks again. I just did my Siesta and had 13 false awakenings in one dream. |
