Welcome to Dreamviews, shaquisha!
Congrats on the lucid! It counts as one even though you may have fallen unconscious again, even within a matter of seconds. And there's nothing about lucid dreaming that a little practice won't improve! Distractions are a common way to lose your awareness in a dream, so before going off to fly or do something equally fun, be sure to stabilize the dream. Rub your hands together, look around you, take in the sights and smells. Listen to see if there's any noise.
And I see you're starting to keep a dream journal, which is good. Get into the habit of writing as many details from dreams as you can; even if you're just walking down the street in a dream, try to remember what time of day it was, if there were cars driving by... Little by little, your recall will get better and lead to more vivid dreams.
If you have any questions involving LDing, recall, or anything else, feel free to post or send me a PM! There's many other helpful members that are willing to lend a hand, too.
