You should take a look at my WILD technique (in my signature). Once you start to feel discomfort, you roll over to a new, comfortable position. Give it a try and see if it helps with your problem. |

If you read WILD tutorials most of them say to hold still is a must. However if I hold still after a while a discomfort that is so uncomfortable that I can't tolerate it when it comes. I read this happens, but it is supposed to leave quickly. Mine stays too long for me to put up with, I try for about 20 seconds. If I have to hold still how will I WILD? And its not really pain, its jsut extreme discomfort. |

I had this problem too, still do, but the rolling over thing helps significantly! Well, it has the past couple times I've tried it. |

I always start on my back, then roll onto my left side. I do this whenever I go to sleep or WILD. Move as much as you want. Do whatever you normally do when you go to sleep. Whatever you do with your body is not very important. Your state of mind is the key during WILD. Your main goal with your body is to get it so comfortable, you forget about it altogether. You want it to disappear from your awareness completely so you can move on to a dream body. |
|
I read somewhere that the urge to roll over is because your body and mind aren't completely connected, so your body has to check to see if your mind is asleep before it goes to sleep |

Are you asleep and imagining you're reading this or imagining you're asleep and actually reading this?
