you can do as many as you like, however way you want to write it. Maybe put the amount of LDs you have had since joining DV on your profile, and in your signature you can say you have had hundreds before you joined DV there really are no right or wrong ways to do it.
I had LDs before i joined here but I didn't count them because i was completely unaware as to how many i had ^^
and also,
