      Hey everyone joined the forum about a week ago. I have the occasional lucid dream but I'm not overly focused on it anymore. I just think this forum is interesting. Just thought I'd let it be known.

      If you want high recall, a dream journal is highly recommended, it helped me tons, there is a dream journal on the site you can use. Click the dream journal tab on the top to get there.

      Dream journal is definitely a good idea but I'm not sure I have the discipline. I usually end up writing one or two dreams then give up. Hopefully I can get better and get the inspiration from this site.
