      Where to start?

      I'm new to lucid dreaming, I never really thought about trying to control my dreams. I tend to remember my dreams though prior finding this site, I remember odd dreams like riding on top of trains and odd stuff like that. I tried 2x today to WILD. The first attempt I started to go really numb and then my dad walked in and took me out of that state. The second time he did the same thing... so I decided I wanted to start off by trying DILD's as it is my first time attempting this. I read up on ADA and stuff like that so i'll try keeping ADA, anyone have any ideas where to start, aside from keeping a DJ? Any help is nice I really want to further explore my mind, in dream form.

      In my opinion you shouldn't start with WILD. I would say to go with MILD or DILD. WILD is probably the hardest technique for most people.
