Hi all! Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I've been perusing through the forums for an hour or so now. I've never had a lucid dream but look forward to working on that.

I've researched this before but never took the steps to start it until now. Excited!

Any suggestions as to what to read / try first from the very beginning of trying to get "on the track" of having lucid dreams...I know there's alot here to read and I can see myself getting overloaded reading it all.

Also - bear with me - can someone just give me a quick definition of the terms used here like DILD, WILD, etc...so that I don't have to look them up. Told ya I'm new.
