I have only ever had one lucid dream - that I can remember and I had it at the end of august last year. I'm not totally convinced it was a proper lucid dream but I'm sure I'll understand if it was better after I've spent some time here looking round the website and reading some of the information.

At the time i knew it had to be quite an important dream,I acutally wrote that in my comments, because it was the first time I could remember saying I knew I was dreaming in a dream. But at the time I couldn't really make any sense of it so I just forgot about it.

Over the past couple of days I've been transferring my dreams into a software program and I started to read this dream and it relates to something that is going on right now. If I would have had that dream anytime over the past couple of weeks i have seen how it is representing something now!

I've never been into the idea of developing lucid dreaming, I would be happy enough to just get some understanding of how my dreams are trying to guide me/help me. But it seems lucid dreaming seems to be a bit of a theme at the moment, so I'm being open to the possibilities
