Well different things work for different people, so your just going to have to experiement, I sometimes use bananas mixed with peanut butter to help my recall and it seems to work well, but like I said, exeperimenting is going to be your best bet on this one, fish products and caffiene are supposed to aid recall as well

Yeah, different things work for different people, try not to stress.
Don't over do it with supplements, i personally rarely find supplements helpful, try to add some placebo affect.
Keep up with doing reality checks, writing down ANYTHING, any feelings, or vague memories of dreams, anything.

      and that is eternity.

How have you been trying to recall your dreams? Do you think about them as you're getting up, or later on? One thing that helps is to stay completely still right after you wake up, and go over the details of any dreams you remember. Don't let your mind wander, don't think about what you're going to do that day, or anything else--just try to cement the details of your dream in your memory.

I've also heard that it can help to replay the events of the day in your mind before going to sleep, but haven't tried that one out myself.

I've had a few nights where I can't remember any, but if you keep trying to recall them, even little fragments, it will get easier.

      Good luck
