Right now I can remeber about 70-80% of my dreams per week, but I still haven't gotten any lucids. I was wondering what techniques and advice I should supplement with my sleeping routine.
1. I usually get vivid dreams whenever I drink apple juice before sleeping, but it usually takes around 5-6 hours of sleep before I dream.
2. I've tried ADA (all day awareness) but didn't get any results after about two weeks
3. I've also tried the MILD technique, but I have'nt gotten any signficant results.
4. I would like to WILD, but I usually attempt to do it right before bed, so I usally stay on my back for about 40 minutes waiting for anything to happen.
5. I've used a dream journal sparingly. I wake up between 5:45-6:00 so I usually don't write in it.
6. MP3 aids really don't work for me and I can't get any vitamin supplements.
7. What technique is best suited for me? I'm willing to wake up in the middle of the night if needed.
