Right now I can remeber about 70-80% of my dreams per week, but I still haven't gotten any lucids. I was wondering what techniques and advice I should supplement with my sleeping routine. |

Keep trying ADA, just because you didn't get results in 2 weeks doesn't mean it won't work. Once it becomes a habit (which it won't after just 2 weeks) it will start carrying on into your dreams and you will notice something wierd in your dream which will make you lucid. Keep up the apple juice, and don't try WILD'ing at night before you have had any sleep, its harder to get into REM that way and if you do succeed, the dream won't be very long because your REM periods will be shorter. If you are willing to wake up in the middle of the night, try WILD'ing after that, but usually I'd recommend trying to WILD after at least 4-5 hours of sleep. Don't get discouraged, before i had my first LD, my dream recall went up to remembering 2-3 dreams a day. |

Current goal: Learning pyrokinesis and FUS RO DAH
My advice is to make a 5 days or 1 week pause. |

The good recall is a great step! I agree with Lawl that you should keep up the ADA. In my opinion it is the best possible supplement-free way to increase your chances of a lucid. I also wouldn't bother with WILDing until you have a few lucids under your belt and really understand the feeling of them. SP is a strange and exhilarating experience though, it is definitely something to strive for down the line. |
