      hit myself

      I hit myself in my sleep so hard I woke up. I've done this quite a few times over the last year or so, or even longer. I've put some thought into getting an infrared camera to knock out the possiblity of the paranormal. It's weird because I don't remember having any bad dreams just that I wake up after punching myself in the face.

      Really would like to know what's going on?

      I take Effexor XR 150mg daily
      Requip 10mg at night

      I have been exercising at the gym daily for the past 2 years also.

      What kind of hitting? Like, distinct bending your arm at the elbow and punching yourself? If not, i would assume muscle jerk.
