      Post Hello from Down Under!

Hello everyone, great space you have here. I am an Aussie sleep paralysis sufferer and wanted to connect with those who have had similar experiences, especially those with HSP. Is there a dedicated section here ? If so could someone point me in the right direction. Much appreciated. RC75

      G'day! Welcome to Dream Views

There is not a dedicated section for those suffering from waking into sleep paralysis, but there is plenty of reading material throughout the forums which can teach you how to willingly enter it, break out of it or use it to induce a lucid dream!

Sleep paralysis is a natural process which happens while you sleep, to stop you from acting out your dreams, and when you wake into it your mind has simply woken before your body. Anything you see or hear is simply a hallucination, and just like a dream can be controlled and manipulated

      Hello, and welcome.

This forum is awesome, so just ask questions! If you wants to, you can make a thread, and ask for people who have similar experiences like you. Or, like weakamon says, go to the chat.

      Happy dreams!

Special thanks to Darkmatters for my signature picture.
Check out my Dream Journal !

I've suffered from sleep paralysis my whole life. It was horrible when I was a child. I can't complain, because it eventually led me to lucid dreaming, and the most incredible experiences of my life.

Welcome to Dreamviews! Sorry about your sleep paralysis experiences. We don't have a specific part of the forum about people who suffer from HSP, but i'm sure there are plenty of other people on the site you can talk to about it.

      Another Aussie!
Welcome to the community I've never had any HSP but i'm sure there are a few if not many around the site that you could talk to about it.

Any questions about lucid dreaming? Drop me a PM here!
