If people are said to be able to practice tasks while lucid dreaming, could it be possible to practice how to lucid dream WHILE in a lucid dream?
Does that get too meta for the mind to comprehend? Has it even been tried before??
And is it possible to distort time to such a degree as to even spend DAYS within a lucid?
Sorry, I have a lot of questions. I haven't had a lucid dream in a long time and am just starting out. Maybe I'm being a bit too bold jumping right into the WILD/V-WILD technique... but I want to be able to induce a lucid dream practically at will. Is this feasible?
ALSO, if I may add, that even though I am new to WILD and lucid dreaming in general, but i find that I can consistently and actually rather easily attain the hypnagogic imagery, and more likely than not enter what i can only believe to be sleep paralysis (my whole body feels light, tingly, pulsating, wavy... is this right?) but then after that I cannot progress. I don't quite understand what people mean when they say "watch" it passively, it may be worth adding that I often become very aware of irregularities in my breathing patterns at this point and often lose the paralysis sensation as quickly as it came. Tried counting too, which helped sparingly.
