Thread: Weird experience this morning???

I have tonsillitis at the moment so I've got a fever and it's been giving me weird dreams.

This morning I heard the door open in my room, I woke up and looked at the end of my bed, there was a giant onion with arms and legs walking past my bed. Then my mum asked how I was and I said confused.

It turns out it was mum coming to check I was ok because I was feeling pretty bad last night. And it was actualy her but I saw her as an onion?

What was this?

Hypnoponpic Hallucinations of course, they can be controlled too, and since you were dreamy your unconcious controlled them to become a dreamy thingy.

So they can happen after you wake up?
I've never had it happen before.

Well of course, the "Old Hag" is hallucinations during SP, so you woke up on SP most likely, saw your mom enter and your brain associated it with an onion hallucination for some reason, not all that uncommon. Though its funny your first time seeing that kind of hallucination was for your mom, and worse, she was a onion lol

Can you purposely make them happen?
And how long?
It would be fun to do I think

I didn't have a hallucination like that but one day when I was younger (Around 6-7 years old) I made my mom so darn pissed I was scared she'd beat me up tomorrow or something and funnily enough when I woke up the first thing I saw was my mom. Standing infront of me with a pissed off face and holding a BASEBAT in about to swing state. I looked at her and she was kinda transparent and blue and at one point a static line passed trough her(Kinda like a hologram), but for some reason I assosiated her with my real mom so I was like "Mom....?" and she didn't move then as I noticed the bat I was like "MOM NO!!!" Sat up in my bed and covered my eyes with hands, when I removed them the hallucination thingy was gone and then my sister asked me if I saw that as she woke up to it too.

How does that work?

*Shrugs* It only happened once, not like I know what it was but I'm assuming we both hallucinated the same thing because mom was probably so pissed off at us that she managed to make some sort of a telepathic revenge accidentally with OBE, but idk. Just a wild guess

By actually there, he means went to check and then left, right? Unless it was april 1st, yup.
And to control the hallucinations just do as if it were a dream, they work very similarly, and to make them happen just have to hit SP, any WILD technique will help with that.
