      Can someone explain my dream graph???

      Ok i used an app on iphone called sleep cycle. This is my result. Can someone explain, what exactly am I looking at. Like there so many spikes. Could those be rem cycles? why do they last so short?

      I hate to break it to you but that probably means absolutely nothing. You can't tell if you are in REM just from your body movements recorded from your mattress. Those spikes are probably you just switching sides or rolling over.
