      Question Induction Technique Immunity?

No matter how much I tried, it seems I cannot achieve lucidity. There are only two instance of me realizing I'm in the dream, but I still acted like my fool self in the dream.
      1. Reality Checks won't work, I did them once every hour, also in my dream, but it always give the normal result.
      2. WILD would send me into a normal day dream.
      3. MILD seems to be unable to communicate with my brain.
      4. I didn't write in my dream journal, because I even forgot to recall my dream in the morning, and my dream would always slip away.

Can anyone tell me what I should do?

First, after you wake up, do not move anything and lay still. It will be much easier to recall your dreams.

Second, You obviously need to try different reality checks. Try looking in the mirror or looking at details around you during the day, either you have the most powerful brain that can make it seem 100% realistic or there will be some way to tell you are dreaming.

Possibly your biggest problem is not working on your dream recall before attempting to lucid dream with various induction techniques. You need to get to a place where you can recall at least 2-3 dreams every night, and are regularly writing them down in your dream journal. People seem to greatly underestimate the value of the dream journal. You have to crawl before you can walk. So concentrate your efforts on improving your dream recall, I'm not going to give you tips on that, as there is a wealth of information already available in the tutorial section and elsewhere on the forum.

Also, it would help if you explain better what exactly you are doing when you RC, WILD, MILD, etc...that way people can tell you if you are doing things wrong, or what you can do to help your chances of getting lucid.

My recalling is fine just until the recent two months.
      When I reality check I
      1. Pinch myself, to be safe.
      2. Look at the mirror.
      3. Cover my nose and mouth and try to breath.
      4. Use telekinesis.
      5. Observe texts. (The texts are unintelligible, and my dream self still fail to notice that)
      6. Blink
      7. Poke my hands
I do each of them two times, both in real life and in dream.

Reality Checks don't really work. Try falling asleep and repeating I will lucid dream, while imagining what you would do or imagine yourself becoming lucid (MILD)

I would say don't doubt yourself, have some faith, there is nothing that makes you less able to LD than anyone else here, Also with reality checks, don't just go through the motions,,, really focus on your intent and desire to LD. Having confidence is a great first step, You may not be LD'ing yet, But you hang in there, Because your next LD could be tonight when you go to sleep

      Keep the faith ok
The beauty of Lucid Dreaming is that it's free and all you need to do it is practice.

Could it be, so plain to see, the night is still so young for me.

Like I stated, MILD doesn't work for me at all.
I still always repeat that to sleep every time though, but it just won't work.

It can take a while for your new awareness to start bleeding over into your dreams. You are trying to break down a lifetime of old habits. Not an easy thing to do. Think of reality checks and increased awareness as your new state of mind. It is permanent. It will take the rest of your life to master.

If you want something more immediate to cause lucid dreams, keep experimenting with WBTB and MILD. Adjust your timing and level of activity during your WBTB. Try eating a snack during your WBTB, reading a bit about dreaming. Try a short, 5 minute WBTB one day, and a 45 minute on the next. Try it late morning on a weekend when you can sleep in, then try it at 4am on a week night. Basically, if what you are doing is not working, adjust it and experiment until you have success. Have fun with it.

You should try questioning reality and seeing if your in a dream or not, while focusing on anything out of the usual. Questions you should ask is:
      "Am I dreaming?"
"Where was I the last 30 minutes (or more)?"
"Am I in a realistic situation?"

Really answer these questions and explain how your not dreaming. If you believe your dreaming, do some reality checks.
