I've been able to lucid dream for a while - in my first lucid dream, I remember noticing something, a house where there should have been a field near where I lived - something that small caused me to realize I was dreaming..since then I have had lucid dreams off and on with varying levels of control. Recently I have been taking 5htp for anxiety/depression at night and I noticed over the past 2 nights it's caused me to have very vivid and numerous dreams, including one where I was on mars in a domed city :O - best dream I've had in a while, didn't want it to end!!! Anyway, it's caused me to want to learn more and I've been lurking on here looking for information, well there's so much to learn and I'm so glad I found this forum !
