Auto-Suggestion
Basically, I'm new and have been wondering about the correct time to do auto-suggestion. For instance if I repeat to myself "I will wake up at 4am" could I do it throughout the day and do it at night without attempting to fall asleep and then fall asleep naturally OR does it have to be done AS you fall alseep.

Yep, if you wanted to make sure you do it enough say it when you go through any door, or use the bathroom. I never tried auto suggestion myself I am just going by a tutorial I read on here. Hope it works out great for you.
