      Hello other lucid dreamers

      Hello, my name is Ryan. I have been having problems attaining lucidity, while in the dream state. I think this is because i have what is called Aspergers syndrome, (you can find more about it here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asperger_syndrome) I have been practicing the twin bodies technique, and MILD, but i have not been able to achieve lucidity yet. I hope you can help me!

      I don't think Aspergers would be a problem because I have it and I'm a natural lucid dreamer. How long have you been trying to reach lucidity? Have you started a dream journal? Have you tried other techniques?
