The falling through a bed is a common sign of entering a dream, or getting very near, if I'm not mistaken. Just stay with the feeling and even after it goes away, the blackness behind your eyelids may turn into some imagery, that may turn into a dream. Don't open your eyes. Once in a dream, you will regain your sight.

Spas attack - I think this happens when you have already fallen asleep and you suddenly wake up. Nothing to be concerned about.

Read up some more on the methods in DV Wiki to see what other sensations you can expect. Then when it happens, you will know what to do. Especially, stay calm and stay with it. Are you trying MILD or WILD. Because if WILD, you can't do it without having slept for at least 4.5 hours.

May I ask, where did you get the tones? I would like to try them, too.

Ok thanks, well im glad im getting closer. Well i guess ill have to try it again tonight but like you asked I was trying to complete WILD. So Im guessing the reason why I have to get more sleep before is because i need to be in an active REM period, is that correct?

Anyways Ill try it again tonight but also I got the tones from iso-tones.com

Thanks for the advice and help.
