The vitamin supplements are there to enhance your dream experiences, not to increase your chances of becoming lucid. It's like Rothgar said, you can get lucid spontaneously just by knowing about it being possible or totally random. Try to focus on lucid dreaming as much as possible and see how much you can get out of it I'm sure you'll be able to get lucid again willingly soon enough. I also suggest you don't take too much B-vitamins in your supplements, atleast not more than a few mg. If you want to use it as a supplement to sometimes enhance your dreams, then taking it more than every 3 days isn't recommended. I did and it lost its effects it had on me quickly.
