It is recommended that you are able to recall at least one dream per night before attempting to induce lucid dreams. Since you can recall two or three dreams per night, I suggest you try out different induction techniques and find out which one works best for you.

But even though you already have good recall, I still suggest you continue to keep a dream journal and improve your recall even further. The better dream recall you have, the easier it will be to induce lucid dreams.

This technique (the WILD technique), is usually only recommended for experienced lucid dreamers. I don't know how much experience you have, but if you're still rather new to lucid dreaming I suggest you start with a different technique, for example the DILD technique or the MILD technique. However, if you feel the WILD technique is the technique for you, then I don't see why you shouldn't give it a try.
