So I read on the WILD tutorial that the best time to WILD is either after you wake up during the night or when you're going to take a nap. |

But what I'm wondering is why is it so hard? |

it's hard because the REM period is very short, and you take time to get to it,the more vived, longer, rememberal dreams are after 4.5 6 7.5 hours into sleep and go on,you can find alot of information about REM by reading this Rapid eye movement sleep - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia |

Yes, areyoume is mostly correct. It's not hard because the REM period is short but to hit your first REM period, it's 1.5 hours after initial sleep. Dreaming mostly happens in REM and well, it's a pain in the butt trying to wait such a long time for a WILD. |

Thanks! The amount of time until the first stage of REM completely slipped my mind. And no I'm sorry, I am not you. |
