What the hell just went on.

Erm, I wasn't aiming for lucid dreaming and this thing happened and erm

So basically it normally happens when i've been talking to girls or doing something repeatedly in one day.

Basically I went to sleep, but I was also awake and I was illucinating a dream, like a out of body experience, except I could not control.
I was texting a girl and she was texting me, but later on when i woke up, i was about to reply to the text i recieved in my OBE, and then read my inbox and noticed she never text me, and i was like ok wtf.

I then was awake in my bed, but i was auditory hallucinating, I could hear music, and i kept having flashes of being at a party. It was quiet annoying cause it felt as if the sound was keeping me awake.

Does anyone know what I'm experiencing? and also, some questions you might ask.

have you smoked weed: yes a few days ago, but this has happened before i ever started smoking tobacco or weed.

How much sleep have i had ? 8 hours, and then it was 1 hour sleep in where i started having a OBE that i wasn't in control of.

also to add, while i was auditory hallucinating with flashes as I mentioned my room was light, but my light wasn't open, It got darker and then i noticed eventually to turn my light on and find out what the fuck is going on.
it maybe illegal but i'm going to have to this, I need sleep and I don't want to try yet.

Yoo campkz!

First things first.... Believe me, that trip has nothing to do with weed, i just smoked a fat one 10 seconds ago and, although slightly not knowing whats going off, im still here... *reality checks* yep - all good!

Sounds to me like you may of had some HH - hypnagogic hallucinations, you may not have been awake for most of it and most likely slipping in between consciousness and unconsciousness. I've had similar experiences, its really nothing to worry about and is actually pretty normal
