Hello all, just was hoping for a few pointer with WBTB method, seems like when I do that I have the most vivid dreams and I don't have trouble recalling them. I usually set my alarm to wake me up a few hours before I normally wake, I get out of bed, usually get on a lucid dreaming website, will stay up 20 mins or so and sometimes will take suppliments (galantamind and choline) and return to sleep, I try the MILD technique (usually counting down from 100, im dreaming 99 im dreaming...etc) I have some pretty strange dreams sometimes but nothing will trigger that I am dreaming...any tips would be awesome...looking for lucid dream number 1. |
