You will have lucid dreams if you keep journaling and reality checking. It is just a matter of time. To increase your chances, you could try a Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) a few nights per week. Even just one night per week will greatly improve your chances.

You could also try MILD. When you are falling asleep, imagine the last dream you remember having. Change the memory, and try to imagine yourself becoming lucid this time in the dream. Picture yourself performing a reality check, becoming lucid, and then doing something cool. This will help set your intention to remember to reality check in your next dream. It is the same way we remember to buy milk next time we are at the store. We imagine being at the store, putting milk in our cart, and checking out. It is a good way to "remember to remember" to do anything in the future.

It also helps to read about Lucid Dreaming before bed.

      Your resistance to something,
Is the only power it has over you.
      This too, will pass.
