Unhappy Scared out of my dreams

Hi im young, 15 turning 16 in a few months and ive been realizing im dreamin in my dreams for a while now. Tonight tho, was very scary. It was tha first time i had ever slept on my back as well and i had my eyes like partially opened, cuz i could still see my ceiling at some points untill i would fall into a deeper sleep and id see like people around me, getting in trouble cuz there was like loud porn lmao, and stuff like that but when i kept trying to get out those would go away and i could see my ceiling and hallucinations, all this crazy stuff like their were people next to me in tha bed (which is sort of a reoccurring thing). Thats actually how i found this place but i would like to know if thats normal or you know just a discussion on it. I was paralyzed and trying to move my hands and thats actually how i got my eyelids a little bit up, i kept struggling. The problem is that whenever i realize im dreaming i get a nightmare that i feel like im trapped in that eventually turns into a dream of me getting up, then i realize that was fake and try to get up again and do it, only it was just a dream feeling like i was getting up. When i do eventually get up i scream or something. Anyways, thats me ask questions if you'd like, let me know why my eyelids were partially open blah blah blah

You are experiencing something called Astral Projection, and Sleep Paralysis, which happens in the beginning stages of a projection. Nothing abnormal about it. Actually you are able to do something many people, myself included, have to actually train themselves and work hard to do. None of what you are experiencing is anything to be afraid of.

To break out of SP (Sleep Paralysis) simply concentrate on moving your pinky. Any finger will do, and you can even try that with attempting to move your whole hand or arm. Also think about your body, and if you are projecting, you will be pulled back.

Some books you may wish to read:
      Albert Taylor's, "Soul Traveler"
Robert Monroe's, "Journeys Out Of Body"

      Your resistance to something,
Is the only power it has over you.
      This too, will pass.

I used to have sleep paralysis-related nightmares, well I still do now but it's pretty rare. I figured the nightmares come from the fear of being paralysed.. Anyway i eventually was able to realise i was dreaming 90% of the time, and i just let it run its course. At one stage i sighed the fact that it was happening again. Nowadays i try to shake it off by moving my toes, then feet then legs. It's a shame I haven't figured out how to use this to my advantage, I'm sure I'll figure it out soon haha..

Well to answer your question it's completely normal, and if you learn to become lucid and find a way to move your limbs again, you could be able to use this to your advantage ;D good luck!
