Hello Guido. If you have not already started a dream journal, than I would strongly suggest that that yo do. Dream Journals are a big help to dream recall. Dream recall is very important if you wish to become a lucid dreamer. You may find it also helps to have a journal on your waking life as well, including things that you have done throughout the day. However, it is not too important to do that. Congrats on your first lucid, Do you remember how you became lucid? Some things you can do to help from waking up in a lucid is to; rub your hands together, spin around in a circle or even use verbal commands such as; "Stay lucid" "Increase lucidity" or anything to that effect. For your first couple Lucid Dreams you may realize you will wake up fairly quick despite your stabilizing methods as mentioned above. Don't let this discourage you though, It gets much easier with practice. My last tip is that once you become lucid, try not to immediately control it, try more to focus on stabilizing it and take a couple mins or so to calm down and become aware as possible. Hope this helps.
