Hola Tekeydie! Congrats on your very first post! XD

Just keep consistent and keep practicing. Your recall wil eventually get much better and you will start to have more Lucids. Was the one lucid dream you had long? I hope you stay active reading the forums and start to get morelucids! If you have a question, please post it on the forums or you can send me a PM. Good luck!

      Welcome to DV!

If you haven't done it already, I suggest you write a little tasklist. It's great to look forward to doing something in a dream and have a real reason for getting lucid. This will help you significantly in getting lucid, performing the task later on (visualizing and raising confidence) and also staying motivated through dryspells. A short term one and a long term one is recommended

If you're wondering about something, send me or Mancon a PM or ask in here. Keep on dreaming!

Welcome to Dreamviews, remember the better your recall the more chance you will remember if you actually had a lucid
