Absolutely, good job! |
|
Hi I am new to this site and would like to formally introduce myself. After trying for over two weeks I finally had my first lucid dream. I was in some sort science lab just looking. But from using MILD before going to bed I realized this place wasn't real and must be dreaming. Immediately after becoming lucid a man in a dark gray coat knocked on the lab door and asked me to do some job for him (sorry I don't remember what). I quickly closed the door and decided to test what I could. I imagined he would turn into the grinch when I opened the door (it was the first thing I could think of). Sure enough I opened the door and the grinch just walks into the lab. In my excitement I ended up waking myself up |

MILD is working! Good job. Now, remember this excitement and recall it every time you think about your next lucid. Your mind will learn to associate LDs with you being happy and will help you achieve both. I would recommend you check out this tutorial on daytime awareness SAT - sporadic awareness technique It's a great thing to add to MILD. Happy dreams |
