Hi everyone, I've finally registered, after looking around on the forum a few months back I looked it up again today. Lucid dreaming has always been something I wanted to learn, especially cause lately I'm constantly plagued by nightmares and wake up completely exhausted. I really hope that I'll get the hang of it Fleur

And also nightmares are good ways to notice your dreaming, then you can end the nightmare and do whatever you want! And you can ask me any question about lucid dreaming, Im here to help along with many others!
