Ever since I've been Dream Journaling

This morning was day 3, I have 2 vivid dreams a night. I do RCs awake but no lucidity in my dreams. Before DJ I've had like 4 SP only the fourth one I realized it was a SP but it was too late. I've tried WILD but on my third was I was actually calm n clear minded but my breathing began to slowdown and I felt a light vibration but mostly on my throat in fear of AP I stopped. What else do I need to do? Tips? What that WILD leading to a AP?

      Just keep trying

You've barely started. I'd say look at diet, meditate, maybe do some stretches before you go to sleep. But other than that, you're set. Just keep trying.

Alright, when you say diet you mean in general or hours before going to bed? Natural meditation or with aid of binaural or isochronic beats? Stretches??( More feedback from others would be appreciated y'all )

Looks like you're over thinking things. One thing that works for me may not work for you. As for diet, look up what vitamins you get from what foods. Take vitamin tablets if you really want to, but I've never been a big fan of those. Try to get lots of vitamin b6, that will help with dream recall. Meditation will pretty much just stimulate some of the dreamy parts of your brain while you're awake. Stretches are just a personal thing I do. I have no clue if that makes a difference. And as for the binaural/isochronic beats, I don't use those very often. Sometimes if I have trouble going to sleep. But most of the time it's kind of irritating for me. I'd suggest listening to ambient music, or just some dream tracks. I'd suggest these ThetaRealms - YouTube

Sounds like you're doing everything right, it's just a matter of time. I've been dream journalling since the start of January but only got my first lucid two nights ago, and it was extremely brief. Some people get it almost immediately, however, just be patient. On top of what Syth has said, just keep thinking about it ALL DAY; that's what I was doing in the week or two leading up to my lucid. I was home from uni and pretty bored, so I was just thinking about dreams and lucidity constantly, reality checking quite frequently.

Keep at it and it will come!
