Hey guys. I have recently been looking into lucid dreaming and asking around if anyone has ever done it. It seems a lot of people have done it at least once without trying. I have never done it, but I have been trying for about a month and a half. I can remember most of my dreams clearly, and have been adding some vitamin b6 to my diet. I even tried a meditation technique which may have gotten me to sleep paralysis, but not into a lucid dream. As of right now, I am just looking to get my first one. Once that occurs I will attempt to regulate it. I am getting very annoyed because I havent gotten close. I feel that I am having problems believing it. I can tell its doable, but its as if i feel I cant do it. It seems silly, but its just a mental block I need to break. Any tips? |

Welcome to DV! It sounds like you've started on your way to lucid dreaming quite well. To me, recall is one of the most important foundations for lucid dreaming - without it you won't be able to remember your dreams! |

Total Lds - 103
Spoiler for Goals:
I saw some guy around here who got his first LD after six months of trying. Don't give up. I recommend trying wild as well. You might succeed, but even if you dont, it still sets your mind on lucid dreaming providing a higher chance to become lucid that night. |

I got my first lucid after 4 months. First of all I was patient and believed it would happen as the time was ripe. Second I now know what works for me to get lucid |
