Hello I am ao277 I am male 20 y.o.a and have been LD since I was in 8th grade or so. More recently(about two years now) I have been having sleep paralysis and wanted to learn more about LD and how to do more with this gift. I have been doing more research on this and found my way here. After looking around for a little one the site, I realized this was a serious site and joined. Its nice to read others experiences and be able to relate to them.

Hello ao277, welcome to the forum! So you're a natural at LDing, that's great. How regularly do you have LDs? Have you been having SP regularly too? Are you interested in learning how to WILD, or astral projection?

This site has a plethora of information about lucid dreaming and what happens when people sleep, I'm sure you'll read many interesting facts and experiences from other LDers.

I would say for LD maybe one a week at least. one every two weeks for sure, but there the ones where I realize I am dreaming. as far as the SP I most always get them when I take a nap almost always. And yes I would like to learn about wILDS and Projections. btw thanks for the astral link.

You'd be a natural at WILDs if you get SP that regularly! I'd suggest a WILD tutorial, but there are so many variations to choose from. Just use the search bar and you can find a lot of useful info. There's also a WILD class being taught in DV Academy. It started a week or two ago, but you can still join in. The class is led by a man with years of experience, so if you had any trouble with it, he could answer your questions or give suggestions. The "WILD According to Sageous" is his info/sign-up thread if you're interested.

If you find you have any questions later, feel free to PM me.
