No it was not a lucid one. |

Hey Rookie, it could have been hypnogogic imagery (HI), which can occur during the transition from awake to sleep and dreaming. I have on occasion had really vivid dreams while I could still feel myself lying in my bed, just minutes after falling asleep, and just prior to a lucid dream. These transitional dreams/images are in a lighter stage of sleep, and could be what you experienced, since you said if someone had even called your name, you would have awoken. |
|
That was not the only one, I have been startled by more such incidents recently. |
|
Have you been taking any more short naps recently? It is a guess, but it could be a combination of stress from exams combined with a short nap that made your mind create these dreams. |

I have a habit of not sleeping in day-time even when I am awake at nights(sleep in day-time ruins the night sleep & I hate it.) can that be a reason for my tired body? |

regulate your sleep by going to bed the same time every night |
