      Hello Everyone!

Hi, my name is Kenneth, though most people call me Kenny. And I have been intrested in lucid dreaming for a while now, though I only started about 4 days ago, (and so far have had very good dream recall).

I hope to learn a lot more about lucid dreaming here, and get to know all of you.

      Welcome to Dreamviews, Kenny!

Remembering your dreams is esential, so good job on that. Keeping a dream journal may help you retain the recall and also help you find interesting patterns in your dreams, Lucids and sleep habits. Good place to start out is Beginners guide to lucid dreaming. After you familiarize yourself with the basics and induction techniques, you can find more info about all of it in DV Wiki. Don't hesitate to ask your questions or post your experiences. Happy dreams

Thanks. I know that lately, I have been able to remember what I think are multiple dreams, but they are less detailed then they were before.

Also, I'm noticing a lot of repeating things in my dreams already, but they aren't exactly worthy of using considering they are in my day to day life. But I have noticed blurry writing in a few dreams now, so hopefully i can use that in the future.

Once you amass a good collection of dreams in your journal, take a few minutes to go back through and review them. Sometimes dream signs are not immediately obvious. They might be too general to notice right away. Maybe people, like family. Maybe locations, like a childhood home, or school. It might even be a repeating feeling, like anxiety.

Don't stress about pinning them down. The goal should be to become as familiar with your dreams as possible. You want to be able to recognize the way your dreams feel.
