      Good day everyone!

Hello everyone, I am new here and would like to introduce myself. I am not a complete newbie and have had a few lucid dreams. I am hoping to achieve longer and more lucid dreams so any help tips and tricks would be very welcome
      Happy dreaming!

Keep practicing. The more lucid dreams you have, the better they become. Become familiar and comfortable with your dreams, in general, and your lucid dreams should become longer and more vivid.
