      Getting back Lucid

I found this website on google search engine I see it had some great resources on LD so I will give it a shot. Had a successful short LD and OBE's at a young age until I gotten to my teen years for many reason's I find it difficult for me to even have a LD. Closest I have gotten was paralysis and getting afraid or exited. I look forward to LD'ing but idk.

Welcome to DV and I wish you the best of luck!

A great way to get started is to start keeping up a dream journal, dv has a neat little application for that. Keeping up a dream journal will help you so much, and they're one of the most basic and necessary steps to increasing dream recall and awareness.

You may want to read up on a few different techniques such as MILD, DILD and maybe even WILD.

Just remember to stick to a technique and don't give up.

      Welcome to Dreamviews!

Sleep paralysis is only something to be aware of, if you are trying to induce Lucid dream via WILD method. If you don't like SP, please check out the DILD/MILD methods. And more about DILD in DV Wiki. Please look around and post your questions. Happy dreams
