Have you tried any techniques like mild yet?? I had his aswell but I soon realised that I always wake up after lucids so they are easy to remember. |

Hi I heard about lucid dreaming several years ago, but always considered it to be a myth until my girlfriend said she had them all the time as a child and still occasionally now. About 5 weeks ago I started to try it. |

Try different techniques and find the one that suits you the best. You will have ups and downs while practicing this but stay positive! |

Hey cheer up, this is called a dry spell and even the most seasoned dreamer goes through them. |

Thanks, yes I did try mild when I thought the recall was going well. The main dream signs I could spot seemed to be immersion in water, and viewing from a floating camera type perspective, like I'm just observing a scene unfold. Not sure what to do with those as its not something that comes up in waking life to remember to reality check. |

I don't believe dreamsigns are extremely usefull becuase of the lack of recurring things in my dreams. Its often described to base which RC's you do off your dreams but I think it should be the other way around. For instance everytime you see a door or a lightsource do an RC. That way in a dream both are more likely to cappear because you thought of them so much and you will automatically do a RC. |

Well it seems to have gone better last night, remembered 2 fairly decent ones. |

Thanks for that tutorial link, it seems to be the best one I have read yet, I'll give it a go. |

think I made some progress. Had a couple of remembered dreams over the last few days. Last night I almost had it. |
