Hi Rawesome! Welcome to Dream Views! It depends on your level of control. Even while lucid you can have little control, or you may be in charge of every aspect of the dream. If you dream you are hungry and become lucid, then eating would probably fix your hunger (unless it is because your body is actually very hungry, then not as much).

However, if you are just messing around and eating for the heck of it, you will not get full unless you want to. I find that dream food is kind of bland and the act of really chewing and experiencing the food is tiresome. I may create a buffet, and sample one mouthful of about 5 or 6 items and move on to doing other things. I have trouble picturing sitting around and eating too much more than that.
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.

      Welcome to the forum!

Of all the things I've eaten in dreams I still can't answer this question for how it will apply to you.

For me, yes, I feel satisfied within the dream. That doesn't necessarily mean I won't be hungry when I wake up. Dream food never fills the belly.

I have noticed that whenever I eat or drink in a dream the food always tastes really good. And welcome to DV!
