mm from here to begin. My name is Borislav, I'm like 17 years-old, am from Bulgaria.
I heard about Lucid Dreaming from 9gag, back then I had no idea what's that and decided to look it up @google. Seemed very interesting and awesome, kept reading for like 4-5 hours. I had a problem, I wanted to have Lucid Dreams, without making any efford to have better dream recalls(Note: I used to recall like 2-3 dreams a year, literally) buut I reaised it ain't gonna happen this way. In order to have better dream recall, I need to make a Dream Journal but meh ... i cba, lazy ass hahah
After this I decided to forget about Lucid dreaming and so on. But like a week ago I saw something about Lucid Dreaming in internet, read a bit more about it, and got hooked up again. So here I am, a fresh start with a Dream Journal already, got like 3-4 dreams in it. So If there's any progress about my Lucidity I'll let you know. Oh not to forged, I had Lucid dream once when I was having a nap but it was only for a minute or two soo .. So that's all, its nice to have such a good forum about this awesome subject. CYa around.

Welcome to DV! Remember that you need to practice your dream recall for a while before it improves, so be patient. Try to find a way for you not to lose motivation, learning how to lucid dream can take some time. If you're wondering about something just ask

Sounds like you are on the right track. Keep dream journaling, and you will be lucid in no time.
