Hi, sometimes I will wake up in the middle of a dream and try to go back to sleep and continue the dream. Now if I rest my head on the pillow lets say on my right cheek and I was sleeping on my left cheek before I woke up, I have to turn again because it is imposible to find my dream again on the "wrong cheek side". Does that make any sense and why is this? |

I absolutely can't sleep on my right side. If I roll to my left, I am asleep in 35 seconds. There is a correlation between which side you are lying on, and brain activity. I remember everyone participating in that Lucidity Institute study before they switched over to internet silence. |
