Hi everyone,
I've been a lucid dreamer for many, many years (since childhood) but didn't know that it could be 'harnessed' (for lack of a better word) until a few years ago and since then I have read a lot about it and thought I was going along quite smoothly - until recently - my dreams have become so realistic that sometimes It takes me a while to realise it was a dream and not something I actually did.
So, I googled my current problem and found this forum and decided it's time I started to share my experiences with more knowledgeable people who can help me out - instead of driving myself insane trying to work it all out myself.
I'm not a spiritual person at all, but I have done meditation in a sort of clinical sort of way and my dreams seem more intense since viewing them from a 'Buddhist' sort of angle.
I look forward to meeting you all.
Edit: After reading on DV about the different types of Lucid Dream I wanted to ask a question - I feel like my Lucid Dreams are of the WILD catagory - Is it possible that I could do that without trying? Is it 'built-in' for some people?
