      Thanks, Melanieb!
I didn't have a lucid dream last night but my thoughts kept wandering, I'll try to keep focussed tonight.
I'll probably just stick with "VILD"s and FILDs and see how they turn out

      Hey again,
I just read about the SSILD technique. The author of the tutorial said: " You could also combine the practice with WBTB for maximum effect but it is not required. DO NOT do this at the start of your sleep -- it will NOT work! The only exception is afternoon naps since you enter directly into REM."

So this means that Bi-Phasic sleep would increase my Lucid Dream chances if I go for one at the core sleep and the afternoon nap, and if I master a technique, I can nearly guarantee at least one a day.
So I'm switching to Bi-Phasic Sleep now-
Core Sleep from 1:00 AM to 5:30 AM
Afternoon Nap from 7:30 to 8:50

I'll start a thread on it in a week to say how it goes and whether or not I recommend it to others.
I've also decided to go for a MILD before I fall asleep, and go for an SSILD combined with WBTB later.
