Hello, I'm new.

I just joined this site because I'm looking to find others who have very detailed dreams. My dreams are always very detailed and I'm usually able to remember them pretty well. I remember some dreams from 11 years ago (well, one in particular, bits of others). You could say they are sometimes lucid, but I don't normally control them. When I do, it's always when I am most emotional. My dreams might sound crazy, or make me seem like I'm off my rocker. I've gotten some pretty strange looks from everyone except my mom, who thinks all dreams mean something. Sometimes I'm sure mine have to have some kind of meaning. Anyways, I'm looking to learn more about lucid dreaming, and how it affects individuals, and maybe why I have dreams that are not like most other peoples'. I plan to use a dream journal here on the site and hopefully I can keep it updated often!

Hi and welcome to Dreamviews! I'm pretty sure nobody here will think your dreams sound crazy. Yes, please do use the built-in dream journal, many people here like to read others dreams. We have a forum Dream Interpretation, but as I'm sure you know, the dreamer himself is the best person to interpret his own dreams. Every time I feel like I had an especially weird dream, I take a few minutes to read through some other people's dream journals. It always makes me feel more normal. The only thing weirder than your dreams, is someone else's dreams.

Welcome littledreams! If you could look inside any person's head you will see that we are all crazy. (On this forum you actually can ) Dreams is a way to cope with that so we don't do it outside for real, although that is a Freudian theory, but it would indeed make sense. Our dreams are our subconscious, emotions and memories in other words they are what makes you! Which is why dreams is the most personal thing there is. If you dream something crazy it's not you that are crazy but some of the desires that are, however if you dream about it instead of acting them out welll then you are sane
