      Hello... AGAIN

This is the second time I've come back to this forum and about the fifth time i've come back to lucid dreaming. In total I've probably had at most 30 lucids since beginning, the vast majority of which I got in my final month before I stopped.

I think the problem was that there were just too many different methods and techniques for me and I eventually just couldn't handle it. By the end my reality checks lasted about 5 minutes every half hour in an effort to combine every single technique I found. This time I will be sure to make a simple, followable plan. Hopefully I won't give up again !

      Welcome back
The key is sticking to one technique, keeping a good dream journal and taking it easy. You have an entire 22 years of sleep in which to practise LDing, there is absolutely no rush

Welcome back! The door is your mind and the key is active intention but passive practise. Both when it comes to DILD and WILD.

But the most important thing is to ask what you can do to understand the meaning of this, ask both yourself and others.

Sorry for being too deep, I just found it an easy way to summarize

      Welcome back!

I agree with both of them ^^

you should definitely stick with one technique for now, and see how that goes. Try to look for a technique which best fits your lifestyle, or anything that won't require you to do any drastic changes with your normal routine

Maybe it's a dream and if I scream, it will burst at the seams.

Welcome to Dream Views! This is the place to be for anyone wanting to learn how to lucid dream. The Dream guide team is here to help you navigate the forum and answer questions. We all have 3 green stars above our avatar. Click on our user name and you can then select private massage if you have a question, or you can start new threads. Don't worry about starting threads that have been started before, just try it out, if it ends up in the wrong place one of us can move it for you.
Also be sure to check out the DVA Dream Views Acadamy, click on this link to get there, DV Academy. Matte , our Dream Guide team leader runs a general lucid dreaming class, and you can join in contests where you gain points for dreams you have. Gab , another Dream Guide runs a class that is very valuable to beginners on MILD/DILD, which is by far the best method to start with.

The very first thing you should do is check out basic tutorials. This one covers most of the terms you will see members using, so start here, http://www.dreamviews.com/f20/beginn...eaming-124786/

Have fun and good luck with your dreaming!
Peace Be With You. Oh, and sure, The Force too, why not.
