I never heard about this site until 15 minutes ago on a infograph about lucid dreaming.
I've always had vivid dreams and I tried inducting dreams with my alarm clock a long time ago,before knowing I could control my dreams.
I just set my alarms apart 15-25 minutes. I set maybe 3 to 5 alarms. So I sleep for good 5 to 7 hours,the alarm wakes up me,I kill it immediately,then I stay awake for maybe a minute or so,and then fall asleep. Still Im aware and in that minute or more if I say to myself to dream something,I get it. Its an exhausting method sometimes,but it works. And I can remember my dreams now pretty well.
But controlling dreams is harder. When I first read about LD,I tried doing it. And I got it a few times. But I just got too excited and poof,IM awake.
Also that damn WILD method scared me for life one time...
So I came here to master Lucid Dreaming and I see that this is a great community.
