      Hello, world

Sort of kind of new here, had an account years ago. Decided to start again since I love dreaming

I've only had about 3 lucids in my life, all DILD, and I lost each one due to that fact that I pretty much was just "OMG I'M DREAMING I'M DREAMING!!1!1" which never helps

Anyways, pleased to meet yall and hopefully lucids will be coming my way

Excitement is something most of us struggle with in the beginning and you'll get over it pretty quickly as soon as you start having more of them. Welcome by the way!

Have you checked out any technique yet? How's your recall? If you're wondering about something, don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks, I appreciate it My recall is pretty good if I can manage to get up before my alarm. If that thing goes off, it's shot. I have looked at a few techniques, DILD looks like it's the best for my lifestyle and brain.

      Welcome NewArtemis! Beautiful Avatar

An easy fix for the excitement problem, is to read about the DEILD (Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream) which is a method that can help you return to the dream even though woke up.
And by doing that you can induce the lucid dream over and over and hopefully not get as excited each time.

Sweet dreams and enjoy your stay
