Hello I just found out about lucid dreaming about a month ago. Ever since I was young I have had dreams that I knew I was dreaming and had a certain amount of control over. These dreams have always been terrifying for me. The dream is always were I have fallen asleep everything is the exact same and there is something that is invisible attacking me. Even though I know it cannot hurt me it still scares me. Could someone be able to confirm if this is in fact lucid dreaming or point me in the direction of what it is. Thank you!
